- What is the cost for tenants to pay their rent? Paying rent through ACH cost $1.00 per payment? Paying rent through ACH cost $1.00 per payment. When using a debit or credit card, the tenant is will be subject to the fees rendered by the card issuer (visa, discover, mastercard, etc.).
- How do I delete a tenant?You can delete tenant member account by going to: Menu> Contacts> Tenants> Delete Entry
- How do I revoke staff member access when employment has ended?You can delete staff member account by going to: Menu> Contacts> Staff Members> View Staff> Trash.
- How do invite a staff member? Staff members can be invited by using the menu icon on the manager dashboard. Choose Add a staff member within the menu.
- You can invite a tenant though the invite button or link on the add a tenant page assessed through the menu button on the manager manager dashboard. Tenants must submit a standard application for enrollment into the GoRentPOW database. The application is a standard application that will be utilized for background check systems and creation of the tenants account with GoRentPOW. Application submission incurs a one-time fee of $35.00 per tenant.
- Staff accounts are generated for a one-time fee of $1.00 per staff member account for lifetime of the account. There are no reoccurring fees for staff member accounts.
- Go RentPOW uses one time passcode (otp)/ SMS text messages to make sure your account stays safe and secure. If you prefer not to have authentication codes sent by phone, permissions can be revoked by using the privacy and security tab accessed through the menu button on your manager dashboard. If you do shut off one time passcode/ SMS text messages your authentication codes will be sent to your registered email instead.
- We charge $2.00 per disbursement request. Your funds will arrive within 2-3 business days. Funds are disbursed via ACH using the account number and routing number.
- I cancelled my landlord account, and I need to restart it?Accounts can be reactivated within 10 months of after deactivation. Afterwards, the account is permanently deleted.
- How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription via the contact us link at the bottom of the page. Be sure to fill out the form with as much information as possible, and we will be sure to have cancellation completed.

When can I cancel my subscription? Your subscription can be canceled at any time.
Customers can request a refund during the first 4 days of a new billing month if the service has not been used meaning no tenant funds have been collected or disbursed to the landlord account.
